1. Test Policy-

Test policy documents will prepared by test manager or test head
Test policy documents, it is a company level documents
Test policy documents, project objective full fill (Revenue generation from the project)

2. Test Strategy-

Test Strategy documents will prepared by test Strategist & PM
Test Strategy documents, it is a company level documents
Test Strategy documents, for achieving the objective which Strategy we can apply

3. Test Methodology-

Test Methodology documents will prepared by PM
Test Methodology documents, it is a project level documents
Test Methodology documents, Approaches/ Strategy we have applied on which environment decided
Test Methodology documents, purpose to prepared TRM (Test responsibility matrix)

4. Test Plane-

Test Plane documents will prepared by Test lead
Test Plane documents, it is a project level documents
Test plane, Job allocation, Estimation, resource allocation etc

5. Identify Test Scenario/ Case & TCD-

US assign, Tester will do Identify Test Scenario for US
Test Scenario documents, it is a project level documents
For that US, Tester will TCD

6. Test cases execution-

After completion of TCD & when we get the build from developer then we will perform TCE
In TCE, we are preparing test proof
Test proof documents, it is a project level documents

7. Defect report-

In TCE if found defects then we will raised to developer
In current sprint, for all US we will create a report for defects.

8. Test Summary Report-

Test summery report will be prepared by test lead
In current sprint, 4 US contains, 1US= TCD, TCE, TCE skipped, Not TCE

9. Test closer report/ Final report-

Test closer report/ Final report prepared by test lead
For every Sprint, US
